Realme GT Neo 2 features and specs

Unlike the Realme GT, the Realme GT Neo 2 is based on the Snapdragon 870 platform, which makes it the first Realme phone to use this chip. The Snapdragon 870 is a beefed-up Snapdragon 865 and is used by several popular smartphones, including the Motorola Edge 20 Pro, Xiaomi Mi 11X, iQOO 7 and a few more.

Realme uses a Stainless Steel vapour cooling system with an 8-layer structure to keep the temperatures and a Diamond Thermal Gel material. Realme claims up to 50 percent heat efficiency. It comes with up to 12GB RAM and virtual RAM expansion of up to 7GB RAM.

Realme has used a 6.6-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with max brightness levels of 1300 nits. There’s support for DCI-P3 colours and HDR10+ content. The display has a variable refresh rate of up to 120Hz and a touch sampling rate of 600Hz. The phone has a pair of stereo speakers with support for Dolby Atmos.

The Realme GT Neo 2 comes with a triple camera setup, consisting of a 64MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro camera. It retains the Street Photography mode from the Realme GT ME. The battery capacity stays at 5000mAh and there’s support for 65W fast charging.

While the Realme GT Neo 2 runs on Realme UI 2.0, Realme also unveiled the Realme UI 3.0 with notable visual changes similar to Oppo’s ColorOS 12. There are a lot of customisation options as well as smoother animations.

Realme has also launched the Cooling back Clip Neo at ₹999, Mobile Game Trigger at ₹699, and Type-C SuperDart Game cable at ₹599.

The Realme Brick Bluetooth Speaker costs ₹2,999, while the Realme 4K Smart Google TV Stick costs ₹3,999. The Realme Buds Air 2 in closer gree colour will cost ₹3,299.
